• If a technician is called to your premises for any reason, he or she will take the time to thoroughly check the whole device as part of our preventative maintenance programme.
• We produce a quarterly report detailing your fleet’s performance, print volumes, callouts and response times so you know if we’re meeting our agreed service levels.
• We can arrange for all your used consumables to be collected and recycled.
