Papercut-MF

Papercut-MF is a low cost software application that allows companies to manage document-related processes, including copying and printing, across entire multi-functional fleets. Powerful user authentication can integrate with card readers and other secure devices, helping to reduce unauthorised use and cut down on wastage. By intercepting device use at the server level, Papercut-MF can make use of this data flow in a number of useful ways, such as calculating the cost-per-page and logging print and copy jobs in a centralised way to facilitate easier reporting and billing. Regarded as one of the simplest and easiest systems to manage, Papercut-MF provides full admin access to administrators, allowing company-specific customisation to be carried out easily and quickly.

Flexible Deployment
PaperCut-MF supports both common and many manufacturer specific printing standards ensuring you are not restricted from features or functionality. All major operating systems including mixed environments can be supported. PaperCut-MF integrates with the existing network, automatically importing user and group information from Active Directory, Open Directory, LDAP, Novell eDirectory and other domain sources thereby reducing overheads and encouraging the practice of a single sign on approach.

Web based administration
PaperCut-MF provides administrative access from any location on the network via a standard web browser. End-users have access to a set of web tools that allow them to track their own activity in real-time, query their account balance, view transactions, and transfer credit to fellow users. The end-user interface is fully customisable in both look and feel.

Top Up/Pre Paid Cards
PaperCut-MF can use “Top Up cards” to provide a convenient way (just like pre-paid phone top-ups) for organisations to issue credit to users in a user-pays environment. It provides a simple alternative to manual account management or costly self-service cash loaders.

Cash & EFTPOS Value Loaders
PaperCut-MF can be combined with self-service value loaders (Cash and PC-EFTPOS versions available) to provide users with the ability to deposit funds into their PaperCut account in an automated and real-time manner. Cash loaders are a commonly used method to deposit smaller cash amounts and may be utilised in tandem with our cashless Payment Gateway options.
