Printing
The desktop laser printer component prints in both black and white and colour at a speed of up to 5 pages per minute in colour and 20ppm in monochrome, with a print resolution of 600 x 2,400dpi. This is supported by optional duplex printing and the generous paper capacity of up to 700 sheets, including the optional 500-sheet tray. With auto colour recognition, you can print economically, as it only uses the colour toner when required, which is supported by the low toner consumption of Simitri® polymerised toner. To connect the Bizhub C10 you can use its standard USB 2.0 interface, use a network connection that provides access to a second and third user or the convenient direct PictBridge connection.
Copying
Using the Konica Minolta Bizhub C10 as a copier you can fine tune your output by adjusting the copy quality, zoom ratio and copy density. It delivers 5 colour or 20 black and white pages per minute, offers zoom, 2-in-1, automatic double-sided copying, and auto colour recognition features and using the automatic document feeder (ADF) you can automatically copy up to 50 originals in one go.
Scanning
The Bizhub C10 comes with a built-in scanner that offers scanning rates of up to 5 colour or almost 13 black and white originals per minute. Multi-page documents are scanned automatically via the automatic document feeder and features a scan to email functionality. Several scan modes are supported as you can choose to scan to email with attachments such as TIFF or PDF format, TWAIN scanning, or Windows WIA scan for Windows based machines. The LinkMagic software package offers simple and straightforward pull scanning to application from the PC and the PaperPort scan software makes convenient OCR functionality available to small and home offices alike.
Faxing
The Bizhub C10’s fax memory of 4 MB allows users to store up to 250 pages and even if the paper runs out, your faxes will never be lost. Once the paper tray has been refilled all your saved faxes will print out, perfect for those who run a home office and have a future break planned. The C10's built in fax offers advanced faxing capabilities including time-send, auto redial, auto-reduction of incoming faxes, or alternatively reduce-and-split for the receipt of faxes. There is also a group dialling feature that allows the user to store up to 125 individual destinations or combine their recipients into groups. This allows commonly faxed numbers to be grouped together allowing a fax to be sent to multiple recipients in a single transmission.
