Using Canon’s versatile i-Send, documents can be scanned in colour, instantly encrypted and dispatched securely as PDFs to various locations including network folders, email addresses and mailboxes.

• Access can be controlled through passwords, a network log-in procedure or fingerprints

With Canon’s optional uniFLOW software you can gain control over your costs and receive insight into who is printing what and how much your company is spending. You can automatically redirect prints to the most cost-efficient device and have the power to limit the output levels of each department.

The iR3235 can be either used as a cost effective non-network solution or made into a networkable system. Canon’s iW Management Console (iWMC) also allows a centralised, remote management of the device and all other devices on your network.
