DIGITEC RENTAL

For short term arrangement the Digitec Rental gives clients the
opportunity to have equipment without having to use a lease.
This option is particularly useful for new start businesses.

1VOICE is a new service unique to Balreed Digitec, introduced to offer a premium service to our clients.  This provides benefits across many departments within your business and works to reduce the paperwork mountain we all suffer from.

Experience tells us that 85% of companies receive an invoice quarterly from a finance company for the lease of their copier, the service provider also invoices them quarterly based on their usage, the paper is ordered from a different supplier who invoices immediately after delivery and consumables for printers are ordered and invoiced on an as and when basis – how many invoices per quarter from how many different suppliers is that?
