We will supply your office equipment, the paper and all of the consumables needed and then raise just one invoice per quarter neatly expressed as a cost per image multiplied by your usage to give you your invoice – simple – and you will know every quarter, in advance, exactly what your costs are.  Because we buy more paper and consumables than you do, it will probably be cheaper as well as considerably more efficient.
